2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a sis33 account or use the Services. Any account found to belong to an underage person will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one sis33 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. sis33 is entitled to rely on the information you provide, and you agree to update it promptly if it changes.
3.3 Username and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. sis33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You must notify sis33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Verification. sis33 may, at any point, request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, residency, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
3.5 KYC Before Withdrawal. Full identity verification (KYC) — including submission of a valid government-issued identification document — is required before sis33 will process any withdrawal request. Playing and depositing are permitted while KYC is in progress; withdrawals are held until verification is complete.
4.1 Member Responsibility. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. sis33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

5.1 Accepted Methods. sis33 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 10.000. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 25.000. sis33 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with notice posted on the Platform.
5.3 Your Own Funds. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–5 minutes under normal circumstances. During peak periods or Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Lebaran, processing may take longer. sis33 will not be liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
5.5 No Conversion Fees. sis33 does not charge currency conversion fees. Your Account balance is held entirely in Indonesian Rupiah. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside sis33's control.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification (Clause 3.5) and who have met any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Funds. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that was previously used to make a deposit.
6.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other local banks) are processed within 1–3 hours. These timeframes are indicative; delays may occur during peak WIB hours, Indonesian public holidays, or where additional security review is required.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. sis33 is not required to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was granted.

8.2 Acceptance of Bets. 8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error, sis33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the sis33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination by sis33 for cause, any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. 11.3 By the Member. Members may close their Account at any time by contacting sis33 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to any applicable Wagering Requirements being met) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
11.4 Re-registration After Self-Exclusion. A Member who has self-excluded (Clause 9.3) must not attempt to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and any balance forfeited.

13.2 Limitation.
